My name is Benita Dickenson, LNHA, SHRM-SCP

Experienced leader in Skilled Nursing Facilities as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, a Multi-Facility Regional Director of Operations, and a Society of Human Resources-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) in Kentucky.  A recent experience in Organizational Development along with the increased challenges associated with staffing in recent years has changed my focus to creating a more stable and effective workforce.  I very much believe that creating a more fulfilled workforce so that we can attract and retain staff is absolutely necessary to success as we move forward.   My vision is to make each facility and organization a desirable place for people to work and live via workforce fulfillment.
